Salon Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our salon. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Booking
• Appointments can be booked via our website/booking links, phone, or in person.
• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if notice is given in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Service Pricing and Payment
• Prices for our services are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, major credit & debit cards, PayPal and other approved payment methods.
• Any additional services or changes requested during your appointment may be added on depending on time and consultation , additional charges will occur to reflect the service recieved.
4. Health and Safety
• For the safety and well-being of all clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to your appointment. Patch testing is required.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the client’s health or the safety of our staff may be at risk.
5. Personal Conduct
• Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during their visit.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of the service without a refund.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
• While we strive to provide exceptional services, individual results may vary depending on previous colours/treatments on hair etc please be completely honest in regards to what has been applied to allow us to give you the best possible. .
• Our salon is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from the services provided, except in cases of proven negligence.
7. Privacy Policy
• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and ensure that your data is securely stored and only used for purposes related to your service.
8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Clients will be informed of significant changes through our website or directly at the salon.
